Fair question. DISC isn't meant to label people or predict everything they'll do. It describes how people tend to behave and communicate, and Dr. Rohm's version has been independently certified for reliability and fairness by the Assessment Standards Institute. See the numbers above.
Live classes are taught by certified trainers who use Dr. Rohm's material. If you'd like Dr. Rohm himself for your group, book him to speak.
