Which profile should I start with?
For most adults, the Standard profile is the best place to start. If you lead people, go with Leadership. If you just want a quick look, Concise is $12.95 and you can upgrade later.
Is this the same as the free quiz?
No. The free quiz is a quick, fun snapshot to help you learn the four styles. The DISC profile is the full, validated assessment, with a detailed report on your exact blend.
Can I upgrade later?
